Cheryl Rhoads at left, a great great granddaughter of Francis Patrick Kelly who left Kings County, Ireland for Boston in 1871. She joins Channel 5 reporter Peter Nolan and her brother Mark in the staging area for the 1983 Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade.
